We are thrilled to share that Phase I of construction for our office renovation is off and running full speed ahead! This renovation will focus on combining the two existing offices to maximize the use of space with an open, collaborative, and forward-thinking work environment.
To kick things off, we challenged the team with a fun contest to submit a mood board full of inspirational images and color schemes illustrating their vision for the future home of NES Group. This really got the team’s creativity flowing, and our designers discovered elements from each board to incorporate in some way.
For the new layout, our interior and architectural design team reimagined the office to include two conference rooms, a boardroom, a huddle room, private offices, an expanded employee lounge, open work areas, and last but not least, a shuffleboard table. The open work areas are adaptable to withstand any future growth.
A social hub with conversational furniture will also be located at the entrance to allow our team to gather socially. This area will also serve as a waiting area for anyone visiting for a meeting. We also expanded the interiors library – our designers will now have more room for finishes and textiles. Lastly, our marketing team will provide additional energy using environmental graphics to ensure the NES brand is felt throughout our office.
Our goal for this renovation is to create a single space that is versatile and functional for our entire team to encourage collaboration, communication, and engagement.
