Consistent with their Northborough location, this branch embodies the cutting-edge pod-style model, replacing the traditional teller line with a design that promotes seamless customer interactions. Visitors are greeted by an open and inviting lobby with a comfortable waiting area, contemporary furniture, and sleek lighting. The branch also features private offices for personalized financial consultations and a drive-through for added convenience.
Mirroring the dynamic, branded aesthetic of the first redesigned branch, this location showcases bright finishes, thoughtfully selected furniture, and integrated marketing elements that reinforce Avidia’s identity. Adding a hometown vibe to the customer experience, the lobby features a vibrant mural of downtown Marlborough, showcasing the community’s character and deepening Avidia’s connection to the local area.
