As part of their initiative to update their branch network, Northeast Bank turned to NES Group for a renovation at their newest location in Auburn, ME. Focused on delivering a modernized banking experience, the redesigned banking center demonstrates their commitment to remaining relevant for their customers.
The scope of work consisted of renovating the exterior and interior of the building. One significant change to the space was replacing the existing teller line with a teller pod model, allowing fluid customer interaction.
The redesigned layout prioritizes the customers’ needs, with an open floor plan and updated technology. At 2,220 square feet, the banking center has a spacious lobby with a comfortable waiting area, a teller pod, private offices, and a conference room. Additionally, private offices, equipped with brand-colored furnishings, provide a confidential setting when necessary.
The banking center has an inviting atmosphere, ensuring everyone who enters the branch feels welcomed and comfortable. Inspired by their branding palette, bright finishes, textiles, and textured walls add a vibrant and sophisticated touch to the space. Natural light also fills the space, complemented by lighting fixtures that provide a contemporary look and feel throughout. The overall aesthetic of the space is consistent with Northeast Bank’s forward-thinking approach and will be used as the benchmark for branches to come.
