Recently, our team was tasked with creating an additional CSR (Customer Service Representative) station for Winchester Co-operative Bank’s branch. The goal was to increase functionality for staff while keeping the look and feel of the space consistent.
Reconfiguring Without Disruption
To accomplish this, we carefully reconfigured a small portion of the teller line to open up room for the new station. By using the same millwork as the existing fixtures, we ensured the addition blended seamlessly into the branch environment—so much so that you’d never know it wasn’t part of the original design.
