We’re beyond thrilled to share a look inside Empire State Bank’s new banking center in Staten Island, New York.
This banking center resides within Corporate Commons Three, a state of the art eight-story office building consisting of 330,000 square feet and next to two 100,000 square foot buildings. This new location makes Empire State Bank’s sixth banking center and is the only financial institution to service over 530,000 square feet. This opportunity, combined with a forward-thinking design, allows Empire State Bank to provide a customer-centric banking experience while generating relationships with the tenants of the office buildings.
The 2,274 square foot banking center includes a 24-hour ATM vestibule, an open lobby with a teller pod and waiting area, as well as private offices and a lounge. Our branding division, ReVive by Triad, succeeded in giving the interior some local character with a beautiful and vibrant painted mural representing Staten Island pairing perfectly with the customized hexagon ceiling and the bank’s brand palette consistent with their other locations. NES Group and DRL Architects are proud to have provided this exceptional project’s design, architecture, and project management.
NES Group’s journey with Empire State Bank began when we partnered with the bank on two projects in 2018. As part of their plans to expand their branch network and franchise, we successfully helped locate and produce their locations in Staten Island and Brooklyn.
