Join us in looking back on where we started, how we’ve grown, and what continues to drive us today.
Since 1971, NES Group has been helping financial institutions move forward.
That journey began as New England Security, founded by Ken Swartz, with a focus on bank equipment and service throughout New England. The work was hands-on and relationship-driven — centered on reliability, responsiveness, and being a partner clients could count on.
As the needs of financial institutions evolved, so did NES.
What started as a focused offering expanded over time — moving beyond equipment into a deeper understanding of the branch and everything that shapes it. Not just how it functions, but how it supports people, reflects a brand, and creates a consistent experience.
That evolution led to a more integrated approach. NES Group now brings together strategy, design, branding, and implementation to support the full branch environment — helping banks and credit unions create spaces that work better for their teams and the communities they serve.
Leading the company today, Gregg Rosen and Craig Fishman carry forward the same hands-on, problem-solving spirit that has defined NES for 55 years, building on a legacy of innovation and lasting partnerships while keeping their eyes on what’s ahead.
While the scope of our work has grown, the foundation remains the same: show up, solve problems, and be a trusted partner.
