Congratulations to our partners, Ion Bank, on breaking ground for their new branch in Southington, CT. As their first location in town, this new 2,018 sq. ft. branch expands their network, opening up the opportunity to attract new local customers.
The modern and innovative exterior will enhance the surrounding area on North Main Street. The former property had a devastating fire in 2016 – and until now, the original buildings were not removed, so with Ion Bank’s plan for the property, the community is thrilled to see it come back to life.
Customers will enter through a 24/hour ATM vestibule followed by the lobby, which will have a teller pod and an iPad station. Additionally, the branch will have private offices, a conference room, a breakroom for employees, and a drive-thru. This new location will have a similar atmosphere with finishes and furnishings parallel to Ion’s other branches to create brand consistency.
