To generate an upgraded member experience, Service Credit Union partnered with NES Group to renovate their branch in Franklin, NH. This project consisted of making alterations to the exterior and interior using a more contemporary design to align with Service Credit Union’s vision for this branch.
The updated branch has an open lobby with a comfortable waiting area, an interactive café with tablets, two teller pods, private offices, and a two-lane drive-up. Upgrading technology was also a big focus, so digital screens were added throughout, including inside the teller pods themselves, which helps produce an even more seamless member experience.
Our interior design team successfully gave this branch a refreshed look using finishes that provide the space with a bright and clean atmosphere. The shiplap walls and columns add texture and give the branch a rustic feel that pairs perfectly with Service Credit Union’s color palette.
