Expanding their reach to serve members more effectively, Service Credit Union reached a new milestone with two new branch locations in New Hampshire.
With each location already selected, Service Credit Union turned to NES Group to create two member-centric atmospheres. The expansion of Service Credit Union’s branch network is not just about physical locations; it’s about enhancing the overall member experience. With these two new branches, members can expect a more personalized and consultative approach to banking, ensuring that members receive the guidance they need to achieve their financial goals.
Members are welcomed into the 2,500 square foot branch in Concord through an ATM vestibule, followed by a spacious lobby with a cozy waiting area, a coffee station, a tech area with iPads, private offices, and a breakroom for their employees. There is also a two-lane drive-thru, providing even more convenience.
Although the Epping branch has a smaller footprint at 1,801 square feet, its open floor plan and accessible technology provide an efficient and comfortable banking experience. The open lobby has two teller pods, a waiting area/coffee station that includes a tech area with iPads, private offices, and a breakroom. Additionally, a drive-up ATM, wrapped in vibrant logo graphics, allows members to conduct transactions beyond the branch.
Both locations share a similar look and feel with finishes and millwork inspired by Service Credit Union’s cool, blue-toned palette, creating a seamless experience between the two. Shiplap walls add texture and rustic charm against the bright, clean spaces, while the high ceilings with wooden beams give the Concord branch a boundless feel.
