To expand their presence in Farmington Valley, Ion Bank partnered with NES Group to build their second branch location in Unionville, CT.
This 1,503 square foot space has an open lobby with a teller pod, private offices, workrooms, a breakroom, and a drive-through. Their color palette is displayed through vibrant textiles and finishes throughout and truly enhances the overall look and feel.
In addition to its lobby hours, Personal Teller Machines are available for extended hours on Saturday, along with before and after typical bank hours on weekdays. This state-of-the-art technology gives Ion Bank’s customers the ability to interact with a live teller through two-way video and also conduct typical transactions including making deposits and payments, transferring money, cashing checks, and more. This new location is also staffed with consultative Personal Bankers who can serve customers’ needs with everything from a new checking account, to a mortgage and business loan.
